About Deliece Blanchard
Deliece Blanchard paints landscapes, with lyrical and rhythmic marks that reveal her background in music. Her plein air and studio paintings are colorfully impressionistic. A cellist, as well as a painter, Deliece has degrees in biology and music from the University of Virginia. She describes plein air painting as being a fellow creature “outside with a purpose.”
