THE BALLAST BAND
Our 4th annual River Jam will take place at the historic Inn at Warner Hall, on the banks of the Severn River in Gloucester County, thanks to the generosity of the owners, Troy and Theresa Stavens. Enjoy food trucks, beverages and more while you jam to live music by an eclectic variety of bands.
Listed by both the National Register of Historic Places and the Virginia Historic Landmarks Commission, Warner Hall continues to be of major architectural and genealogical significance in American history. Warner Hall has long been considered one of the premier properties in the Virginia Tidewater area.
This is a sell-out event and tickets will be limited. No tickets will be available at the door so make sure to get yours now! Please, no pets allowed on the premises.
You are invited to support Arts on Main to help achieve its mission of creating a vibrant art center serving the entire community. Sponsorship opportunities include publicity, event recognition, tickets and more. This has been a sold-out event for the past three years with nearly 400 people in attendance.
We appreciate your support and participation and encourage you to visit us in person!
2020 BAND LINE-UP
Formed in 2016 out of NorFOLK, VA, the members of Saint Juliens Creek Revival were brought together through the local bluegrass music picking circles. Recognizing a mutual love of traditional music and three-part harmony, they soon branched off to explore their own sound, and Saint Juliens Creek Revival was born. The band’s mission is to engage the local community in roots music by bringing an eclectic mixture of folk, Americana, bluegrass, gospel, and original songs to its audiences. The varied backgrounds of its members provide a unique combination of musical styles that is both contemporary and steeped in tradition, with influences ranging from Appalachian ballads to Eastern European jazz to Rock & Roll. Saint Juliens Creek Revival is proud to be a 2020 VEER Music Awards nominee, and is making plans to go into the studio this year.
“Eclectically diverse entertainment that’s fun for one and all!”
