Glassblowing with York River Glass
Learn the wonder and joy of working with glass! Initially, you will get the feel for the heat by making two objects, a glass flower, and a paperweight. Repeat students will move on to more advanced techniques and projects. Students will complete two finished works during class. The finished pieces will need to anneal in the studio for 24 hours. This class will be taught by Christina Micket. For this class, we will be using acrylic paints to paint a fun, summer-inspired pineapple-wearing sunglasses!
