Adult Paint Class with Kelly Richards: Nighttime Beach Scene

Join us for Adult Paint Night with Kelly Richards at Arts on Main. Students will be using acrylic paint to create a painting of a nighttime beach scene on canvas. Image above will be used as inspiration. Kelly will provide all materials needed for the class. Bring a friend and come have a fun, relaxing night of painting!

Daytime Adult Paint Class with Kelly Richards: Sea Turtle

Kelly Richards will be teaching a daytime adult paint class at Arts on Main on July 25. Students will be painting a sea turtle on canvas with acrylic paint. Kelly will provide all materials.

Join us at Arts on Main and work a wallet- perfect for carrying your phone and credit card/cash! Janet Griffin will be teaching students how to construct a one-of-a-kind case using Merino wool and silk fibers. Come treat yourself to an ancient organic fiber art and become a textile artist! Janet will provide all tools and materials for the class. While this is an adult class, it is suitable for teenagers.

Registration closes: Thursday, January 27 @ 5:00pm.

Cost per student is $50. 

*If student wishes to carry home more wool to form another pouch, he/she can buy the materials from Janet for $10.

Metal Embossing Ornament Class with Emily Christoff Flowers

Learn the fascinating process of making a 3-dimensional drawing on a sheet of metal using pure metal tooling foil and various tools while creating Christmas ornaments. Your instructor will supply the 8 x 10” sheet of soft metal, as well as the sculpting tools and embossing mat. No drawing skills are required. There will be several designs available to make into beautiful works of art to put on your tree or gift to someone special. Children are welcome to enroll in the class, but they must be accompanied by an adult for the entire class.

Cost is $25 per student.
